Could you expand on the fatigue side? Some fraction of mine has evaporated-- I think, but am not certain, that the Tibetans helped.
I get how sensory-motor amnesia affect kinesthesia and movement, but fatigue seems like another level.
Fatigue can numb us, so that you actually don't feel your body's natural hungers. Throws you into a state of emergency. Stress conceals stress.
