Well, I'm back in town, so we'll have Firedance class this Sunday at the International Dance Academy at 20628 E. Arrow Highway #3, Covina, Ca 91724, at 2:30. As always, the first class is free, and subsequent classes cost only what YOU earn in one hour. How's THAT for a sliding scale? We cover goals, Tai Chi, and FlowFit/Bodyflow exercise (FlowFit is Coach Sonnon's new name for Eclipse). Hope to see you there!
