Questions I've been asked recently.

Why learn the Five Minute Miracle?
Well, let's say because it is the best and most efficient body-mind unifier I've found in over forty years of research.
##
But Why unify mind and body?
Because it allows you to use the senses for rapid feedback from the environment. If you set a goal of weight loss, you know quite rapidly whether you make it or not. If you have a goal of running a given distance in a given time, it is easy to see whether or not you are successful. Since the same basic principles govern success in all arenas, the faster you get feedback, the better.
##
But why?
Because as you gain a clearer map of the world you live in, you gain closer contact with your authentic Self (capital deliberate.)
##
But what does that get you?
Well, most of the human misery in this world originates from our illusions about ourselves. We literally don't know which voice in our heads to listen to. The correct voice is the one whose advice works to produce results in all three arenas. The others, no matter how convincing, are pretenders.
##
But what does that get you?
Yourself. Your own, authentic life. Your dreams and goals. The passion you desire, the wealth and health you deserve.
##
All of that in Five minutes a day? Do you think I'm crazy?
No, I think you're asleep. I think that is the trap we all fall into. Five minutes of wakefulness can keep you on track.
##
It's that easy?
No. It's not easy. But it's that simple. It will be one of the hardest things you've ever done. But mindfulness, sixty seconds at a time, for five minutes a day, is the doorway to your new world. The breathing is the doorway between the conscious and unconscious minds. Adn the Be Breathed technique is the best, simplest answer to why yoga, and martial arts, and many other disciplines work. It gives your conscious mind a descriptive language for the internal, hidden, unseen world.
##
What tangible results can I expect?
More energy, better sleep, stronger abs, a thinner waistline, better posture, better digestion. There's more, but you wouldn't believe me now.
##
What about the Tibetans?
If you have a yoga routine already, that you do at least 3 times a week, you probably don't need them. But the Five Tibetans are the best simple exercise routine I've come across. Once you understand Be Breathed, you can take them to the moon.
##
What other exercises fit with this method?
Almost anything, once you've learned the technique:Clubbells, Kettlebells, Hindu Squats and Hindu Pushups are great. The ab "roller wheel" is killer. Walking, running, dancing...all great. There's no end to the possibities!
