Increasing ENERGY with the Five Minute Miracle

There aredozens of excellent ways to increase your energy with the Five Minute Miracle.  Let's just touch on a couple.
1)  Set a goal of doubling your energy.  Clearly visualize the positive results from having this extra energy in your life: dancing, hobbies, sex, travel, whatever.  Whenever you take your breathing breaks, remember these visualizations.
2) Do the 5MM while walking.  Take brisk 60-second walking breaks, using the 5Mm breathing method as you do.  Begin to integrate it into your habitual movement patterns.
3) Choose an energetic role model, someone who personifies energy and health.  When you take your breaks, visualize their face and body in your diamond.
4) Every time you take your breathing break, drink 8 ounces of water.
5) Every time you take your breathing break, deliberately straighten your posture.
6) Every time you take your breathing break, relax the muscles in your face, and then smile.
YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR LIFE WITHOUT INCREASING YOUR ENERGY.  The reason you can't "teach an old dog new tricks" is that the old dog is dog tired.  With more energy you can accomplish everything you ever dreamed of, and have fun in the process!
