When I was a teenager I was lucky enough to be able to attend a free yoga class that was followed by meditation practice. There was something magical about the combination. I really appreciate your 5 minute miracle because it also engages body, mind and spirit together. I find Qigong accomplishes this also, but seems far more complicated, and hence more difficult to integrate into the day. I also appreciate how the be breathed technique engages the will through the abdomen. Thank you!
